Which pistachio varieties do you supply?
In-shell: Akbari (long), Jumbo (Kalleh Ghouchi) and Round (Fandoghi). Kernels: regular and green peeled. We supply every size and grade of each.
How are pistachios sized?
By the number of nuts per ounce (28.35 g). A 20–22 size means 20 to 22 nuts per ounce, so a lower count means bigger nuts. Akbari comes in 18–20 to 22–24, Jumbo in 16–18 to 24–26 and Round in 28–30 to 34–36.
What is the difference between green and regular kernels?
Green peeled kernels come from nuts harvested early, before they ripen, and are graded by color from S (ultra-dark green) to D (yellowish). Regular kernels come from mature nuts and suit roasting, snacking and wholesale.
Are your pistachios tested for aflatoxin?
Yes. Every batch is tested in-house for moisture, aflatoxin and grade, and we supply within EU limits (Regulation 2023/915: aflatoxin B1 at most 8 µg/kg, total at most 10 µg/kg). Results are shared on request.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We supply at every scale, from a single case to full container loads, with the same team and the same quality behind every order.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
FOB, CFR and CIF. Tell us your destination and volume, and we will quote the option that suits you.
Can I get a sample or a spec sheet?
Yes. Request one through our contact page and we will match the format, volume and packaging to your program.
How are the pistachios packed?
In 5, 10, 25 and 50 kg food-grade PP or jute bags, or vacuum packs. We also pack custom retail formats with your branding through our packaging service.
Do you supply roasted pistachios?
Our core business is raw in-shell pistachios and raw kernels for B2B buyers, at any scale. Roasted pistachios are available on request: tell us the roast and salt level you need.
Which documents come with an export order?
Typically a commercial invoice and packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, health certificate, laboratory analysis for moisture and aflatoxin, and the bill of lading. Pistachios ship under HS code 0802.51 (in shell) or 0802.52 (shelled).
When is the new crop available?
Pistachios are harvested in Rafsanjan from September to November, and new-crop stock follows the harvest. We supply year-round from stored stock.
