Rooted in Rafsanjan
Rafsanjan is often called Iran's pistachio capital. Growing, processing and testing here keeps every stage close to the orchard.
Why Iranian pistachios- Kerman province holds about half of Iran's bearing pistachio orchards, with Rafsanjan at its heart.
- Our orchards sit high on the plateau, with hot, dry summers, cold winters and wide swings between day and night.
- The main harvest falls in September and October; an earlier July–August picking supplies green kernels.
- This is where the pistachio was first cultivated, thousands of years ago.
